Questions
How do I move my game to a new phone?
On your old phone open Settings → Cloud save and copy your save code (or sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook there). On the new phone open Settings → Cloud save → New phone? Restore my game and paste the code, or sign in with the same account. Only one phone can be signed in to a save at a time.
I lost my save code.
If the game is still on a phone, open Settings → Cloud save there to see it again. Signing in with Apple or Google means you never need the code.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. The game is free and shows a small banner while you play. Videos are always optional: they give refills of your hearts when you run out.
The game is too hard, or too easy.
Tell us the level number. Every leaf can be cleared, and the Wake bell (hint) is always there if you are stuck.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Cloud save → More options → Erase my cloud data. It removes your save, nickname and icon from our server. More details are on the data deletion page.
Is the game safe for children?
There is nothing scary or violent, and no chat. The nickname on the leaderboard is made up for you. The game has ads, so we do not list it as a children's game. See the privacy policy for what is collected.
